Antonio Mir Montes has extensive experience in the fields of education and institutional management, having served as a teacher, school leader and promoter of various educational projects. He was the founder and first director of the XABEC Vocational Training Centre in Valencia, a consultant to the European Commission on vocational training, and president of the European educational network InnMain.

Her experience also extends to corporate communications and the development of social initiatives. She currently chairs the My Avenir Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting educational and care projects for orphaned children in Africa.
