General information
The association’s aim is to offer professional guidance and support to married couples, partners and families in decision-making and conflict resolution. We seek to provide a space for dialogue, listening and support that helps to improve coexistence, strengthen personal relationships and tackle difficult situations in a responsible and constructive manner.
Our services are primarily aimed at married couples, partners and families who need guidance in various areas of family and personal life. We also support individuals seeking personal support regarding family, educational, emotional or relationship issues.
The association offers professional and compassionate support focused on dialogue, guidance and mediation. The counselling approach is based on Catholic Christian ethics, respect for individual conscience and personalised attention to each situation. It does not replace specialist psychological or therapeutic treatment where this is required.
Yes. The service can be requested by individuals, couples or families. Each situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis to provide the most appropriate guidance according to each person’s needs.
The counselling service is currently available in Spanish and English. (Depending on the area of specialisation and the availability of counsellors, some consultations may also be conducted in other languages).
Proceedings and Consultations
Counselling sessions are held online by appointment. During the session, the individual or couple can discuss their situation in a confidential, calm and respectful environment. The counsellor listens, offers guidance and helps to explore possible solutions or courses of action tailored to the needs of each case.
Each counselling session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the situation and the nature of the enquiry.
There is no set number of sessions. Every situation is different, and the number of sessions will depend on the needs of the individual, couple or family. Some issues can be resolved in a single session, whilst others may require more ongoing support or a referral to another specialist within the association.
The organisation reviews each request for counselling and assigns the most suitable professional based on the area of concern and the specific needs of the individual or family. The aim is to ensure specialised and personalised support. It is also possible to specifically request a particular counsellor.
Yes. In some situations, it may be advisable to combine different areas of support, such as family mediation, marital relationships or psycho-educational support. The organisation will assess each case individually to provide the most appropriate support.

The counsellors carry out their work on a voluntary and altruistic basis. The fee goes towards the running costs of the association.
We currently accept payments by bank transfer. The details required to make the payment will be sent once your appointment request has been processed.
Payment should be made as soon as possible to secure your appointment. Once the proof of payment has been received and verified, the appointment will be considered confirmed.
